About the One Call Group

Founder and Managing Director, John Radford has over 20 years experience in the insurance sector.  He recognised that the standards of service and the quality of insurance products could be made better for all customers - so he started One Call in 1995 to do just that.

One Call as since grown to become one of the largest independent employers in Doncaster with over 200 members of staff.  We pride ourselves on giving all staff the opportunity to excel and offer opportunities for everyone to gain work-related qualifications to help them further their careers.
