what happens at renewal

When your renewal is due, this is what will happen:
bullet three weeks before your renewal, we will send you your renewal pack. This will contain your renewal confirmation which shows your renewal premium for the forthcoming year. This quotation will be based on current informtation we hold for you on file.
bullet For those customers paying on our Direct Debit scheme, approximately 1 week before your renewal date we will automatically renew your policy and issue confirmatin in writing along with your new insurance documents, your Direct Debit collections will continue from your renewal date.
bullet if you are paying by credit/debit card, we'll debit the card we hold details of with the full amount of your renewal premium on your renewal date
bullet If we do not hold your Direct Debit or Credit/Debit card details you will need to contact us to renew the policy prior to the renewal date.
bullet if you decide you don't want to renew with onecalldirect.co.uk, please call us on 01302 554 010 straight away.
