The finalists for the UK Broker Awards 2010 were announced today (12 July 2010) and One Call Insurance is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted for a prestigious award.

The E-business Award, sponsored by MMA Insurance, focuses on the effective use of electronic information and communications technology to make the customer journey as quick and easy as possible.
By being shortlisted for the award, One Call has gained an important national endorsement for its innovative approach to making sure that its customers enjoy great service, as well as comprehensive insurance cover.
Through working with SSP, who supply One Call’s back-office technology, One Call has been able to rationalise the customer journey. Just one of the ways in which One Call customers have benefited from a technology-focused approached is by receiving all policy documents via email which provides instantaneous confirmation of cover. This approach has reduced the need for intensive after-sales care and has allowed us to concentrate on getting the right mix of products as well as value for money for our customers.
On making the short list, Nik Springthorpe, Director at One Call said; “This is a great achievement for the company as we pride ourselves on the service that our customers receive. This has been brought about by a good working relationship with our systems providers and our understanding of our customers needs when buying insurance.”
