I can't speak for anyone else but my dealings with one call have been ok my renewal came in and it was the same price as last year I did look at other comparisons but for a few pounds it wasn't worth the bother to change they sent all my documents by email JOB DONE as far as I am concerned, hopefully though I won't have any need to call them

Spoke to a lady about change of car and she answered quickly and professionally. Convinced me it was a good deal even though I had to pay a fee of Ã‚Â£55 but I could spread that over the remaining 6 months direct debit. Spent more of her time asking questions about insurance scenarios on another car of which she was more than happy to answer. Found the whole experience pleasant. Well done!
